6th Grade Students Blabberized
Important figures from the Harlem Renaissance!
5th And 6th Grade "Book Tweets"
5th and 6th graders at TOAST and 4th- 6th graders at PHES completed "Book Tweets."
Have you ever tried to describe your favorite book in 140 characters or less? It's harder than you think! But students were able to convey the gist of the book in just a few words. Common Core standards at these grade levels also ask our students to tell about a book leaving out their personal opinion. Sometimes that is hard too!
**Please Note** Our own students helped to operate the camera for many of the videos, adding another level of technology to the project. Great job!
Did they make you want to pick up a new book?! Let us know!
